Although the Video Game Voters Network was featured on slashdot.org I figure it never hurts to advertise a little more for something this important.  The VGVN is hoping to fight stupid bills that idiot senators/representatives are trying to push through Congress.  They currently have a form that you can fill out to voice opposition to a bill in the Senate called the “The Family Entertainment Protection Act”.  That’s funny, I thought that is what parenting was all about.  So Congress wants to take away everyone’s freedom to access games they might want because some people might not be smart enough to read the little ESRB tag.  Perhaps we need to push a bill through called the “Stupid Congressman Protection Act”.  This bill would ban everyone from running for Congress until they have taken an IQ test and proven they are smarter than a pile of cow shit.  If you sign up as a member of the VGVN (free), then you’ll get updates when new bills try to sneak through Congress and limit your choice in video games.
