A couple of months back, I wrote on my experiences of Second Life. In that “game”, there were areas where people were playing out sick fetishes.

Fast forward to this evening in EVE. I’m docking to the Sobaseki X Moon 1 station to sell some items. I get a private channel invite from an unknown player, Naloo Aerie. I looked up the profile for the character and saw that it was a character that has only played for a month. I figured it was just a newbie asking for some help with something so I accept the private invite. Here’s how it went down:

Naloo Aerie > hi there

Saccia Rolanes > hi

Naloo Aerie > I’m a member of an underground organization that performs sexual favors for very competitive prices. Can I interest you in anything, or EVE-mail you a price list (which also includes a listing of some of our free services)?

Saccia Rolanes > *sigh*…. you’re joking right? is this Warren?

Naloo Aerie > lol no, this is not Warren

Naloo Aerie > And it’s no joke either

Saccia Rolanes > you really think it’s a good idea to proposition people in EVE chats like this? Probably breaks 2-3 TOS rules.

Naloo Aerie > It probably does… but it’s for the most part what we believe to be harmless fun.

Saccia Rolanes > Just leave EVE and go somewhere else

Naloo Aerie > Okay! If you change your mind, I can be reached via EVE-mail for a list of prices, or so I can refer you to a male if that’s your preference. Thank you!

I reported the sick fuck. What’s up with players these days? If you need sexual favors please go to a massage parlor or something. Please stay out of my games or go to Second Life. MMOs are places where I go to get out of this world of sick pieces of shit.
