What a Blast
Whew…. I just got finished with a 13 hour gaming bonanza. Friday was my birthday and on Saturday we had a LAN party with about 15 guys. We started at noon and finished up at 1am on Sunday. It was a blast. A few were friends that I work with but many of them were friends of my friend, Andre. We went though Day of Defeat: Source, Battle Field 1942, BattleGrounds 2, and some old fashioned Half-Life 2 Deathmatch. Pizza, Beer, Brownies, Chips & Queso, Cake, ugh… I’m stuffed….. and I’m officially FPS’d out. I don’t want to even look at another FPS for the next two weeks. My wife took some pictures so I’ll have to find those and post them up here. For now, I need some sleep.

lol. u beat me. my party was from 400pm till 345am: BBQ (burgers and dogs, potato salad, beans, slaw, beer, cokes, chips) Gaming-not video, but board and card games, and movies.

Yeah, I had a blast as well. I’m looking at setting up a dedicated server on the internet now, so I can learn all the specifics for running a HL2/DoD game.
Sunday I installed HL2-CTF - that’s pretty fun.
FPS’ed out?! Say it ain’t so! I’m just getting started… heh heh.
