PSP 2.0 Homebrew!
Yahoo! Over at pspupdates.com, they are reporting that someone is using the buffer overflow tiff trick to get the 2.0 firmware to run homebrew. So far, only a few things work but give it some time and it should all be great. I just might not downgrade and instead just keep 2.0 with this exploit. For sure though, I won’t be updating my PSP because the 2.01 version is nothing more than a fix for the buffer overflow. Screw that!
I know I’ve been away a bit. I’ve been busy and I’m also working on a large article for the site titled “The Ultimate MMO”. I should have it written up and posted by next week.

The link in the post is the one for pspupdates.com. However, by this point, the version is actually a little old. Below is a link the the author’s site where you can keep up to date with the latest stuff. I’ve tried it out and it works very well. This version only works with firmware version 2.0 and not 2.0.1 or 2.5. However, there have been reports that someone has found an exploit in 2.5. Perhaps in a few months, the 2.5 exploit will do something useful like the 2.0 version currently does.
